About Landscaping Sanford

We are a small landscaping crew that works on one property at a time and keeps the same people on it from the first walkthrough to the final cleanup. You talk to the people who will dig, plant and finish the job, so nothing gets lost between visits.

Why We Stay Small

Many landscaping jobs go wrong in the handoff. One person sells the project, another crew shows up to build it, and a third comes back to fix what was missed. Each person brings a slightly different idea of what you asked for. We set up our company to avoid that.

Your first call leads to a visit where we stand in the yard together and take stock. We note where rainwater collects after a storm, which corners bake in the afternoon sun, and which plants are thriving or fading. The people on that visit are the people who return to do the work. They remember that you wanted the bed edge to follow the curve of the walkway, or that the side gate sticks, without needing to read it off a work order.

That continuity matters most on larger projects like landscape design, sod installation and hardscape installation, where small choices about grade, base material and plant spacing decide how the finished yard looks a year later. It also makes routine work like lawn care and mulch and beds steadier, because the crew already knows your property.

How We Work on Your Property

  1. 01

A clear estimate before anything starts

After the walkthrough we explain what we found and what we recommend, line by line. If a tired bed only needs fresh mulch and a sharper edge, we say so rather than selling you a full redesign.

  2. 02

Materials chosen for how they hold up

Central Florida sun and summer downpours are hard on landscapes. We pick plants, mulch and pavers for how they behave in sandy soil and heavy rain, not just how they look on delivery day.

  3. 03

Care for what is already there

We protect your driveway, walkways and existing plants while we work. Equipment stays on paths we agree on, and we tell you before anything that might affect a sprinkler line or root zone.

  4. 04

    Finished means cleaned up

Every visit ends with clippings blown off hard surfaces, debris hauled away and beds raked smooth. You should be able to walk outside the evening we leave and enjoy the yard.

Walk Your Yard With the Crew Who Will Do the Work

Tell us what you have in mind and we will set a time to see the property in person. The estimate costs you nothing. If a bigger project makes sense to spread out, we can finance as much as $100,000, with terms anywhere from two to twelve years and no penalty for paying it off early.
