The Towns We Cover
Most of our work is in Sanford, Lake Mary and Heathrow, with regular jobs in Longwood, Winter Springs and Casselberry. We also cover Altamonte Springs, Oviedo and Winter Park to the south, and Deltona and DeBary across the river. If your home sits between those towns, it is almost certainly on our route.
We keep the service area this size on purpose. A small crew can only be in so many places, and staying close means we show up on the day we said, with the plants, sod or stone we planned on. It also means the person who quoted your job is easy to reach once the work begins. Every service we offer, from lawn care and irrigation to hardscape installation and stump grinding, is available in each of these towns.
What Shapes Yard Work in This Part of Florida
- 01
Sandy soil
Much of the ground here is fine sand that drains fast and holds few nutrients. We amend planting holes and beds where it helps, and we choose plants and sod that tolerate it, so new work roots in instead of drying out.
- 02
Rainy summers and storm season
From late spring into fall, afternoon storms can drop heavy rain in an hour, and hurricane season runs into November. We grade beds and set edging so water moves away from your home, and we thin trees and palms so they carry less weight into a windy season.
- 03
Mild winters
Winters are usually gentle, with the odd frost night. That makes the cooler months a good time for design work, hardscape and planting, and it is why we time seasonal cleanup around both the spring flush and the fall leaf drop.
- 04
Homes and HOAs
Yards range from older lots with mature oaks and overgrown bamboo to newer subdivisions with HOA rules on plants, mulch color and edging. We read the guidelines with you before a design is final, so nothing has to be redone.
- 05
Watering and tree rules
Lawn watering days follow local schedules under the regional water management district, and some cities ask for a permit before certain trees come down. We set irrigation timers to your allowed days and check the tree rules for your address before any removal is scheduled.

Ask Us to Walk Your Yard
Tell us your town and what you have in mind, and we will set a time to see the property in person. If a bigger project makes sense to spread out, we can finance as much as $100,000, with terms anywhere from two to twelve years and no penalty if you pay it off early.
