Terms and Conditions

Using this site

Landscaping Sanford runs this website to explain the outdoor work we do for homeowners in Sanford, FL and nearby towns. By reading it, you agree to the terms on this page. If you would rather not, please close the site and simply reach us by phone at (407) 305-3430.

Information, not a contract

The pages here describe our services in general terms, such as lawn care, irrigation, sod installation and tree work. Every yard is different. Soil, drainage, plant health and access all change what a job needs, so nothing on the site is a quote, an offer or a promise of a particular result.

The scope, timing and cost of any work are set only after we have walked your property and talked it through with you.

Estimates and agreed work

Estimates are free and are arranged by phone. Once we visit and look at the site, we explain what we found and what we recommend. Work begins only after you approve it, and the terms we agree on for that job govern it, not this page.

Accuracy of what you read

We write our pages carefully and update them when our services change. Even so, details can fall out of date or contain mistakes. We may revise, add to or remove content at any time without notice, and you should confirm anything important with us on a call before relying on it.

Our content

The words, photos and layout of this site belong to Landscaping Sanford or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print or share a page for personal use. Please do not copy it for commercial purposes or present it as your own.

Limits of responsibility

We provide this site as it is, for general information. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on its content, from the site being briefly unavailable, or from decisions made without speaking to us first.

Florida law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update them from time to time, and the version posted here is the one that applies. If you have a question about any of it, the phone is the way to reach us: (407) 305-3430.
