Property Cleanup in Sanford

When a yard has gotten ahead of you, we bring it back. Our small crew cuts back overgrowth, clears vines and fallen limbs, hauls off the debris and leaves the ground ready for what comes next. The same people start and finish the job.

When a one-time cleanup is the right call

Property cleanup is a reset, not routine upkeep. It fits a yard that has gone a season or several without attention: a home you just bought, a rental between tenants, a family property that sat empty, or a lot you are getting ready to sell. Regular lawn care keeps a tidy yard tidy. A cleanup is what gets it there first.

Central Florida's long growing season means a few neglected months can bury a fence line in vines and swallow a planting bed whole. We work through that carefully, cutting what should go and leaving what is worth keeping. Before anything is removed, we point out the shrubs, palms and trees that are healthy enough to save.

Once the ground is clear, you can see what you actually have. Some people stop there. Others move on to fresh mulch and beds, new sod or a full landscape design, and the cleanup becomes the first step of a larger plan.

What the cleanup covers

Overgrowth cut back
Shrubs and hedges that have crowded walkways, the driveway or the walls of your home are cut back to a healthy shape. Where a plant is too far gone to recover, we tell you before we pull it.
Vines and weeds cleared
Vines are pulled from fences, trees and structures, including the roots where we can reach them. Weeds come out of beds and hard edges so the lines of the yard show again.
Fallen limbs and storm debris
Branches, palm fronds and leaf piles left from summer storms are gathered and cut down to size. Larger limbs still attached to a tree are handled through our tree trimming and removal service.
Beds and edges reclaimed
We find the original bed borders, re-cut the edges and clear out matted leaves and old, broken-down mulch. The beds are left bare and ready to dress.
Haul-away included
Everything we cut, pull or rake leaves with us. Nothing is left in a pile at the curb for you to deal with.

Signs your yard needs a full cleanup

  • The fence line has disappeared

If you can no longer see or reach your fence behind vines and volunteer saplings, routine mowing will not fix it.

  • You cannot find the beds

Grass and weeds have grown across bed edges until the lawn and the landscaping run together.

  • Brush piles are attracting pests

Old debris piles and dense undergrowth near the house give rodents and roaches a place to settle. Clearing them is one of the simplest ways to make the yard less inviting to them.

  • You have a deadline

A closing date, a listing photo shoot or a new tenant moving in. A cleared yard shows the property as it really is.

  • Shrubs block paths and views

Hedges that brush against you on the walkway or cover the front of your home have usually outgrown a light trim.

What shapes the price of a cleanup

Every overgrown yard is different, so we price it after seeing it rather than by the square foot over the phone. Your estimate is free and spells out what is included. When a cleanup is the first stage of new landscaping, you can spread the cost: we finance amounts as large as $100,000, with terms anywhere from two to twelve years and no penalty if you pay it off early.

Density of the growth

Tall grass is quick work. Woody shrubs tangled with vines take longer and produce far more material.

Volume of debris

The amount we haul away is often the biggest single factor, since disposal is part of the job.

Access to the work

Narrow side yards, locked gates or a backyard with no vehicle access mean more hand-carrying.

What turns up underneath

Old fencing wire, buried debris or broken irrigation lines sometimes appear once things are cleared. We stop and talk with you before doing extra work.

Added services

Stump grinding, bamboo removal or fresh mulch after the cleanup are priced as separate lines so you can choose.

How a cleanup day runs

  1. 1

    Walkthrough and written estimate

We walk the property with you, note what stays and what goes, and give you a written estimate with the work listed line by line.

  2. 2

    Mark what needs protecting

Before cutting, we flag sprinkler heads, valve boxes, low lighting and anything fragile hidden in the growth. Plants you want kept are marked so they are worked around.

  3. 3

    Clear from the top down

Overhanging growth comes down first, then shrubs and vines, then ground-level weeds and leaves. Working in that order keeps us from cleaning the same area twice.

  4. 4

    Haul, rake and edge

Debris is loaded and removed, the ground is raked clean and bed edges are re-cut so the yard has a finished look, not just an emptied one.

  5. 5

    Final walk with you

The same crew that started the job walks it with you at the end. If something was missed, we take care of it while we are still there.

Property cleanup questions

How is this different from your seasonal cleanup?

Seasonal cleanup is a lighter refresh for a yard that is already maintained, done at the turn of a season. Property cleanup is for a yard that has been neglected and needs real clearing. If you are not sure which fits, we can tell you after a quick look.

Do you haul away everything you remove?

Yes. Hauling and disposal are part of the cleanup, and the debris leaves with our crew. You will not be left with bags or piles at the curb.

What credentials does your company carry?

Our business is licensed, and the company is fully insured. We have been doing this work since 2018. Coverage matters on a cleanup, where trimmers and saws run close to your home, your fences and the property next door.

How long does a cleanup take?

Most yards are finished in a day or two, depending on size and how dense the growth is. Your estimate includes a realistic timeframe, and the same crew stays on the job until it is done.

Do I need to be home?

Not for the whole day. We ask that you join us for the walkthrough at the start and the final walk at the end, so we agree on what stays and you can see the finished result.

Can you remove stumps and trees at the same time?

We can. Stump grinding and tree trimming and removal are separate services, and we can schedule them alongside the cleanup so the yard is finished in one visit.
